This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.
Terms and conditions apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you.
The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.
NSW Planning has passed laws that affect guests. The Code of Conduct for holiday renting can be found on our website under the Guest Information tab. In Section 2.5.2 of the STR Code of Conduct, guests have an obligation to ensure the peace and comfort of neighbours and other occupants of the premises (if strata) near holiday rental properties. This means guests have to be very mindful of noise made in or outside the property that can disrupt neighbours at any time of the day.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited.
This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
Our standard check-in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am. We can offer you a complimentary early check-in or late check out time as a gesture of goodwill where booking and housekeeping schedules allow. Please call our team to request this prior to your arrival. Please note that due to demand and housekeeping pressures, no early check ins or late check outs will be granted during the months of December and January. The safest way to secure a later check out or early check in is to book the property for an extra night, please contact us to see if we can offer a special rate for this extra night. Please note that Sunday late check outs must be requested and approved prior to 5 pm on the Friday evening of that week.
Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

The wonderful views from our apartment and the high standard of facilities. We loved the little extras that were provided to us, such as guidebooks for us to explore the local area.

We had such a comfortable, peaceful stay. We really loved it.
Perfect for what we needed! We had an amazing week and we were fortunate enough to see so many whales migrating down south with their babies. Such a wonderful location, close to town and cafes. A great little Cafe and cocktail bar located on the same street as the unit. Lots to do in the local area area, we visited markets in Kiama on two occasions. Unit is clean and well maintained, lots of helpful extra such as a high chair and all the kitchen essentials which made it easy to prepare meals at home. The unit is located on the same street as the little blow hole. An easy walk to Easts beach or a couple of minutes drive to two other beaches, less than ten minutes in to town. So many lovely cafes and restaurants to choose from!Extremely well equipped kitchen. The rooms are very spacious and gave us plenty of room to relax without getting under each others feet. Lots of open space on the headland for the kids to fly their kites and kick a ball around.Nice and light with tasteful furnishings, very quiet and relaxing at night, comfortable beds, great base to explore Kiama and the surrounding areas.Looking forward to our next stay!
Beautiful view
Great location. Close to everything though far from all noise except breaking of waves.
We have had another exciting and memorable week in lovely Kiama. Tumut has had temperatures up to 44 degrees and we have been spoilt with 28 degrees. Visited the Aviation Museum at Albion Park and were inspired by the passion the volunteers have when we did our tour. As always, our unit was perfect and has amazing views. The Little Blowhole was blowing well. We love being in Kiama and thank you for all the home comforts. We will be back.
We stayed here for 8 nights. We loved playing cards on the balcony, looking at the Little Blowhole and getting wet. We also enjoyed exploring the rain forest and Jamberoo Action Park, we didn’t get to go to the big Blowhole, but we went last time. We really enjoyed the apartment, Thank you.P.s My brother (Lachie) lost three teeth while we were here.
Five nights of fabulousness! Warm weather, cool weather, some rain and back to warm again. Perfect views of the ocean and moon… all the changing scenes and seasons.
We only stayed 2 nights, but I would have liked to stay longer. Crazy weather – storms and rough seas, but a couple of sunny mornings. We had a blackout for about 3 hours on Saturday after a big storm, but thankfully you had a candle and a deck of Uno cards! Also, loved the revolving pantry, great idea! Everything we needed for a nice, comfortable stay. Love little blowhole (probably more than the big one).
The view from this unit is utterly spectacular and we can (and did) just sit on the balcony for hours enjoying the sun, the amazing views and the smell and sound of the water. The unit is lovely and a good size. It's conveniently located and was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Had a great time and would love to stay again.
This apartment is beautifully located right on the headland looking over the ocean. The kitchen is very well set up with everything you need. Only a 5 minute drive to shops, restaurants and local attractions we had a very enjoyable stay.
We will remember our stay at Headland Hideaway for a long time. The location has amazing views and sound of the Little Blowhole and waves breaking on the headland. The kitchen is well appointed, the lounge comfortable and really large, the bedrooms roomy with comfy beds. Little things - tea, cereals, choices of books on site etc - made a nice touch. We recommend Headland Hideaway for any short stay in the Kiama area.
Had a great weekend getaway with the girls, had all you need when away from home.
