The 3 comfortable bedrooms have all been thoughtfully set up with a flexible configuration including a queen, a twin (can be presented as 2 singles or a king on request at time of booking) and a bunk room for the kids with 2 bunks sleeping 4 singles. There are 2 newly renovated bathrooms, one with bath in which to soak your cares away. The second bathroom can be accessed from the back deck and is perfect for the quick rinse off after you return from the sun, sand and surf at any one of the 4 beaches within 5 km of the house.

Araluen on Holden is conveniently and privately located in a quiet cul de sac just 450 m from Kendalls Beach which is patrolled in summer. The handy bottle shop, takeaway fish and chips and Italian cafe on Manning Street are just 650 m away. You know you are on holiday when you can leave the car at home and don’t have to cook if you don’t feel like it!

Soak up the smells of the rainforest, sounds of the creek and birdsong in Bonaira Native Gardens just 400 m away or enjoy the wide-open space of Bonaira Reserve with a family game of cricket, a round of footy or a relaxing picnic. If it’s fashion or homewares shopping you are after, the eclectic mix of Kiama’s boutique shopping starts just 1.5 km away. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

Extras may be available for hire include rollaway beds, portacots and highchairs. Send us a message to check availability and cost.

Wi-fi is not guaranteed. This is a service offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge for this service, we will attempt to fix issues as they arise but cannot be held accountable.

This property will consider bookings for Schoolies, however, these bookings can only be made by application. Please message us; a comprehensive guest registration form must be completed prior to confirmation and a $2000 cash bond is payable. Other conditions apply 7 days prior to the stay.
