This is an older style basic property in a wonderful location. If you prefer location to creature comforts then By the Sea is for you, being only steps from the walking track that leads you straight to the beach.
This beachfront home overlooks the famous Tilbury Cove on Culburra Beach. Relax on the large deck with views over the ocean.
The home is set over two levels with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, dining room and living room upstairs and a bedroom, a living area and kitchenette downstairs. There is no internal access. There is also an external bathroom with shower and toilet downstairs, as well as a laundry with washing machine and dryer. Ideal for families sharing a holiday.
You will enjoy the most amazing views from By the Sea, light-filled home with a holiday vibe.
The facilities include a modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine and lounge with television, DVD and iPod docking station, two bathrooms, one with bathtub and outdoor BBQ facilities.
Note that the garage is not available for use at this property.

This property will consider bookings for groups of young people and/or Schoolies, however, these bookings can only be made by application. Please message us; a comprehensive guest registration form must be completed prior to confirmation and a $2000 cash bond is payable. Other conditions apply.

This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.

The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
Extras may be available for hire include rollaway beds, portacots and highchairs. Send us a message to check availability and cost.
Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

Location is amazing
Amazing and relaxing location
Great location, clean space with a responsive host. A lovely getaway spot.
This is a great house in a fantastic spot. But be aware check in time for this house is 4pm and then check out is 10am. So it's not great value for money if you are just getting away for the weekend.
Positive: What a remarkable view! Looking north with outstanding vistas of the sea and escarpment, Dolphins, whales and black cockatoos. Shady pines in the backyard for a siesta , super comfy beds, everything we needed for the weekend.... it felt like a quintessential old fashioned family holiday sun, sand, surf and family.... loved itNegative: Downstairs fridge noisy... . No Wifi but there’s a DVD and small stereo.... no cds or DVD’s! It would be a cheap and easy solution to put some music or movie options... first world problems I know.
Lovely location and basic bones but not very clean
Breathtaking to just sit on the deck and watch the waves. Time stands still at By the Sea. Thank you for sharing it.Jane
