As well, it is perfectly situated near a cross street, making it a short, 350 metre walk to the gorgeous white sandy beach that is Callala Beach. Not only is this property extremely inviting and homely, but it also has a large, fully fenced backyard and comfortably accommodates two small families (or around 8-10 people).
Walking into Casa Callala is not like walking into most beach houses; it is like coming home. With comfortable furnishings throughout and a fully equipped, gourmet-style kitchen, it has enough pots, pans and platters for you to use (the bugbear of most Australian beach houses).
With a spectacular dining table, it is actually big enough for you all to sit and eat together. But, if alfresco is more your thing, Casa Callala lends itself perfectly for outdoor entertaining.
Pop into incredible Nowra Farmers' Market and the neighbouring Meat & Fish market for supplies and supplement them with the fabulous fresh produce Jervis Bay has to offer. Once you arrive in this paradise, you will not want to leave.
All you need to bring is your beach towels and a good book.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.
Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Information tab on our website or a link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.

The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

Fantastic stay for two families! This was our second year in a row staying in this wonderful house - we loved it!
A lovely house that is perfect for kids. Was sparkling clean with a huge and well stocked kitchen.
Lovely house with very good kitchen set up with lots of appliances and utensils to use for cooking. Great location close to beach.
House was clean and exactly as described. Everything was in excellent condition and very comfortable. A fabulous stay overall!
We loved spending time in the large and comfortable communal space, listening to music, and taking in the warmth of the fire. It was great being able to walk metres to the beach and a nice nature walk.
Amazing house - lovely kitchen and perfect location. Fireplace makes the lounge area so cozy!
