To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for “Schoolies” breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.

This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.

The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

Great find! A beautiful, rustic timber home - tranquil, private bush setting - valley views. True 5 star accommodation. Everything you need is there - just kick back and relax. Lookouts, bushwalks, pub, restaurants and shopping only a short drive. Keep and eye out for the wombats (6pm each afternoon)...and the parrots on the back deck waiting for their morning and night feed.We're definitely going back!

We had a wonderful stay at Chateau Beaumont which is set in paradise with stunning views of Kangaroo Valley. The house and decks are spacious, beautifully decorated and homely. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the kitchen equipped with quality appliances the dream of any chef (incl. a coffee machine!) It’s perfect for summery BBQs on the deck or warm wintery feasts by the fire. In addition to the gorgeous house and surrounding bush, there are a few highlights: wildlife visitors each day including a resident wombat around 6:30pm, sightings of kangaroos and various rosellas and king parrots throughout the day. You can stroll from the house to Cambewarra lookout for views across the Coast, and it’s also just a short drive via Kangaroo Valley Village to Three Views walk for valley views of the Shoalhaven.It was the perfect weekend getaway - serene, nestled in nature, yet close enough for hiking, beach, views and delicious local eateries. Cannot recommend enough!

The perfect mountain getaway for our family of five. The place was immaculately clean and so thoughtfully provisioned with every amenity you’re could think of. We loved cooking in the kitchen, the coffee machine and Kitchenaid were both hits! Bedrooms were so warm in winter with heaters and electric blankets. Curling up by the fire and watching the wombats in the yard was an absolute highlight. Thanks for a fabulous stay. We would love to come back!

We have had such a fabulous time at Chaley Beaumont with its beautiful location, views, character and wild creatures. The care and thought our hosts have put into this house was very much appreciated and I would say this would have to be the best equipped holiday rental! Instructions were clear, useful and easy to follow. Having a piano available was another highlight. We hope to come back again soon!
