If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

The house exceeded all expections. Larger than it looks with so many great spaces and things to do. Would highly recommend!
Gerron Park was a really lovely house from which to base a weekend away in the southern highlands. The house was spacious and had the perfect spaces for our group to enjoy lovely dinners, chats by the fire, watching tv, and relaxing. The outdoor areas were beautiful, with the tennis courts and pool as great additional amenities. We would definitely return.
If you’re looking for a spacious, relaxed, picture-perfect vacation with the family or friends, this property is a fantastic choice. We had a wonderful time sipping wine as we watched the cows graze and the sun setting over the lush green hills. We also played a few rounds of tennis and a dip in the pool, enjoyed a BBQ breakfast on the verandah and some family games in the evening in the lounge room. All, (and there are many), rooms were well decorated and appointed - sadly it wasn’t cold enough yet to have the wood fireplace going. The enormous TV in the family room was a nice bonus. The kitchen was well appointed and loved having an island bench to hang around and chat with a cup of tea. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We’ll be back!
My friends and I rented the property for the weekend and were so impressed with all the facilities. Would definitely return for another stay.
