Enjoy the privacy of the large seasonal north-facing garden behind the cottage and its adjacent full-sized hard surface tennis court. Guests are welcome to feed the chooks and collect the eggs for their own use.

Great central location for getting out and about to all the Highlands attractions. Only 3 km to Briars Inn for cosy log-fires, brasserie and live music. Also, only 3 km to the Wingecarribee River walking track and the bike tracks of East Bowral.

The cottage is clean, modern and fresh but has a cosy atmosphere. Perfect for weekend getaways, school holidays, mid-week sojourns or longer stays. Absolutely ideal and rates negotiable for 2-12-week long term bookings – a great home away from home!

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

We stayed at this property for a short winter getaway. It was extremely comfortable, well equipped and perfect as a place to relax and unwind. Particularly enjoyed the use of the full sized tennis court, the trampoline and collected the freshly laid eggs each day. Reasonably priced accommodation and well located. Thank you for the use of this lovely property.
