Silos Estate is only 7km away and features a vineyard, cellar door and popular Silos Restaurant. Jaspers Brush House is the perfect location for wedding guests attending Silos Estate or nearby Jaspers of Berry, 6km away. Popular local attraction the Penwood Miniature Railway is a fun day out for the kids with scaled down working replicas of steam trains, where you can hop on and enjoy a ride.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for “Schoolies” breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

This home is absolutely beautiful! We were a family of 9 & we had more than enough space. The 2 fireplaces were amazing. The property is stunning - unfortunately due to some crazy rain we didn’t quite get to fully enjoy it all. A short drive into town, the property was private & our own little sanctuary. We would definitely stay again:)

Beautiful location and lovely home. Very comfortable, clean and cosy. Close enough to beautiful Berry for local shopping and a well equiped IGA. We all plan to return, it was a perfect escape to the Country.

We had the most wonderful weekend! Two families with 5 x kids who are 7 and under. Expansive grounds for them to explore, while the adults sat around the beautiful fire pit! The house itself is really spacious so we never felt on top of each other, and so well stocked with everything you need from wine glasses and crockery, blankets for the cold outside, board games, etc. A really wonderful palce to stay! Thank you!
