Karelda is a tastefully decorated, 4-bedroom,3 bathroom modern home perched on the headland and looking out across to Culburra Beach, Crookhaven Heads and beyond. A sensational place to sit back, relax and unwind, watch the cruising dolphins and the breeching whales when in season.

On the doorstep of Jervis Bay Karelda offers spectacular northerly views and is just a three minute stroll to a choice of beautiful surf beaches – Tilbury Cove, 24/7 off leash Warrain Beach and the iconic Culburra Beach.

A separate self contained granny flat, with its own entrance, exists on the property and may or may not be occupied. It is only visible to the main house when entering and leaving the property.

Walk through the front gates into an oasis. Follow the garden path to the front door, and upon entering the house be confronted by the stunning view. The living, dining and kitchen are open plan, north facing, all capturing the view and making living and socialising so easy.

An ideal base for couples or families of any age to explore the beaches, the fishing, the surfing, the bird life or just to relax at home and enjoy the view.

Pets are welcome at this property. There may be a surcharge to have your pet stay please declare at the time of booking and refer to the terms and conditions regarding pets.

Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for “Schoolies” breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.

This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.

The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

Extras may be available for hire include rollaway beds, portacots and highchairs. Send us a message to check availability and cost.

Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

Perfect view. We were lucky enough to see some dolphins. A great place to spend time with family as they offer lots of space to sit and gather. The kitchen and bathroom weren’t cleaned to our liking, although still a great stay.

From the moment we walked in the front door we were impressed by the space and the extraordinarily amazing backyard and uninterrupted ocean views. It’s better than the photos!! We had a gloriously relaxing time and enjoyed our time in this brilliant house.
