This ground floor apartment is spacious, tastefully decorated and well equipped. Featuring two generous bedrooms, the main with ensuite, plus kitchen, open plan dining and lounge room. The alfresco courtyard has a BBQ, outdoor lounge and dining table it also has direct access to a fully equipped kitchen, with quality inclusions such as an induction stove, dishwasher and coffee machine.

The apartment has been fitted out with a passion for providing a great holiday. Reverse cycle air conditioning, access to fast NBN Wi-Fi internet, Austar TV in the lounge room and even a pool table and outdoor heated spa are just some of the features!

You will be spoilt for choice for a day at the beach, with Kendalls Beach being just on your doorstep and with a modern children playground. Take a leisurely stroll around the headland to Kiamas Surf Beach or East Beach, an inlet beach, only 3.3 km away. A pleasant seaside stroll past Surf Beach towards the retail precinct, you will stumble across Silica Restaurant, Empire 23 and Wild Patch Cafe. Further afield you will find quality retail shops such as Deer Willow, Beachside Emporium and Inside Story where you can collect that special little piece.

Kiama hosts an array of variety when it comes to dining, our personal favourites are Hanoi on Manning, El Corazon and Thai @ Kiama or for modern Australian you can try Olive and Vine. Remember to make a reservation! Natural wonders abound in the area. Kiama is famous for its blowhole – a natural rock formation, the exhilarating Kiama Coast Walk, Minnamurra rainforest and Minnamurra River.

Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
