The Beach Cottage offers an easy 10-minute walking access to Easts beach or the opportunity to rest, reflect and restore while lazing about in the sunroom or backyard enjoying the ocean views.

Kiama Beach Cottage offers a restful stay for couples or small families. Away from the main streets of Kiama and nestled perfectly between Kiama and Gerringong. The Cottage is situated on a north-facing level block, overlooking Easts Beach, with amazing ocean views. The original cottage built in 1961 has been tastefully renovated inside, with unique features such as the shabby chic style kitchen.

The views are outstanding from every living room. Designed to sleep a group of 4, the cottage offers just the right size, light and personal space whilst maintaining that home away from home feel we all adore. Your wonderful retro beach cottage experience is also as modern as tomorrow with NBN internet, free Wi-Fi, USB charging points, and two internet-connected smart TVs. The sunroom is definitely the hero space of our cottage, a wonderfully peaceful space with sweeping views. Rest, read, reflect, sleep and chill!

With an intimate space for TV and reading. The lounge room has great views during the day and is cosy for watching TV at any time of the day. There is a 50 inch Samsung UHD Smart TV, DVD and Netflix.

A Queen size bed, side tables and reading lamps in the master bedroom. The room is equipped with a multi-drawer dresser, the ability to hang items and a luggage rack. Windows have blocked out roller blinds and curtains. There is a 40 Samsung UHD Smart TV (NBN internet connected).

Wonderfully retro and shabby chic, the kitchen is clean tidy and simple, ideal for your beach holiday. There is a Nespresso Coffee Machine and some complimentary pods to get you started.

For outdoor cooking, there is a Webber BBQ and outdoor seating under a shaded outdoor area.

The bathroom has a combined shower and bath. The laundry has a washing machine, dryer and clothes rack.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

"Thank you for a lovely stay. The house has a wonderful feel to it and the view is just amazing. The beds and furniture were comfortable which is not always the case so a very pleasant surprise to find a bed that wasn’t hard, and the lounges were particularly comfortable. My grandchildren were impressed at being welcomed with chocolates. There was a lot of information in the folder which was helpful. Having the use of Netflix was a bonus especially on the cold and rainy days. The kitchen was well stocked and the little touches around the home were so nice. I love the mirrors near the entrance and the house smells beautiful! All in all it’s a lovely home and I was sorry we had to leave.”
