Beachside accommodation at its best is provided for you at Mamorhomy. Clean, tidy and fresh, this four-bedroom property will accommodate up to twelve people who are looking to relax and spend their days soaking in the sun.

Accommodation consists of one queen bedroom with an en suite, another queen bedroom with an en suite and two other rooms with single bunks in each, which are great for the children. There is a separate main bathroom which includes a large spa bath, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun.

Please note that the property is a downstairs apartment. There are two living areas in the property, each with a TV and the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and microwave. The dining room is next to the kitchen and flows out to the entertaining area, which overlooks the crystal blue waters of Jervis Bay. For your entertainment, there are two TVs and two Blu-ray DVD players, and a pool table. WiFi is also provided at the property.

Outside there is a cubby house for the children and a tree swing. Bike and fishing rods are also provided for guests to use.

The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

Wi-fi is not guaranteed. This is a service offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge for this service, we will attempt to fix issues as they arise but cannot be held accountable.

This property will consider bookings for Schoolies, however, these bookings can only be made by application. Please message us; a comprehensive guest registration form must be completed prior to confirmation and a $2000 cash bond is payable. Other conditions apply 7 days prior to the stay.
