Reflections at Minnamurra is a beautiful architect-designed waterfront home. The property consists of two levels with multiple outdoor entertaining areas and off-street parking. Six premium beers and a bottle of wine are included with our compliments. Enjoy the use of quality linen and towels during your stay.

This magnificent, waterfront property sits on the Minnamurra River and offers breathtaking views. Flooded with natural light from the ceiling to floor glass stacker doors and highlighted by the colours from the indoor saltwater aquarium, the living space creates a warmth you will enjoy all year round.

The first floor features a huge open-plan living room, a well-appointed gourmet kitchen, a large dining table and a pool table. There are plenty of possibilities for lounging around and enjoying the view, with a separate media room and queen size bedroom with ensuite.

On the second floor, there are three large bedrooms. The parents retreat has a king-size 4-poster luxury bed with endless water views, the and third bedrooms both with queen-sized beds. Upstairs there are also 2 bathrooms, the master bedroom with an open en-suite including a luxurious bath.

A lounge room is also located on the second level and includes a large flat screen TV. There are also TVs in the downstairs living room, media room and kitchen. NBN Wi-Fi and AUSTAR is available on every TV at Reflections, and the whole house can be operated through the provided iPad. Ducted air conditioning and a SONOS sound system has been installed, so prepare to enjoy some tunes while you are soaking up the sun.

There are two separate outdoor areas suitable for lounging or dining al fresco, one of which has splendid river views. One of the courtyards has a barbecue with a firepit whilst the front balcony has lounge chairs suitable for relaxing and taking in the view of the Minnamurra River. The in-ground saltwater swimming pool with a heated spa in front of the Balinese day bed completes the picture postcard holiday venue that is Reflections at Minnamurra.


Reflections is set in an idyllic location only metres walk to the water’s edge, where you can spend the day on the water on one of the paddleboards and a canoe that are left for your use.

A short drive from the centre of Kiama, Minnamurra is the Jewel in the Crown of this beautiful seaside village.

Minnamurra River concludes its journey to the Pacific at this small coastal village and the river estuary creates the perfect spot for fishing, boating and swimming. Minnamurra Headland is scenic and forms part of the Kiama Walking Track which meanders south to Jones Beach, past Cathedral Rocks, the Bombo Headland, then onto Bombo Beach before you head up the hill and into Kiama.

Keep an eye out for whales as they pass by our coastline each year between May and November. The many headlands along the Kiama coastline provide the best vantage points and a whale watching platform has been installed on Minnamurra Headland. Minnamurra Point recreation area has boat ramp access, tennis courts and a children’s playground.

This property will consider bookings for groups of young people and/or Schoolies, however, these bookings can only be made by application. Please message us; a comprehensive guest registration form must be completed prior to confirmation and a $2000 cash bond is payable. Other conditions apply.


This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.

Terms and conditions apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you.

The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

Extras may be available for hire include rollaway beds, portacots and highchairs. Send us a message to check availability and cost.

This property can only accommodate 2 cars in the driveway, any additional cars will need to be parked on the street.

Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.
