Shoreline is a contemporary fully furnished studio located at the Sebel Hotel in the heart of the Kiama CBD. This studio is filled with natural light and overlooks the Sebel Hotel’s gardens, with views of the Kiama Harbour.
The studio features a king-size bed, two single lounge seats, kitchenette and wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The kitchenette has a kettle, pod espresso and refrigerator. The bathroom incorporates a bath and an overhead shower. The apartment has secure card lift access and is fully air-conditioned for your year-round comfort.
The studio is in a great location on the corner of Shoalhaven and Minnamurra Street and close to the Kiama Boat harbour, the Olympic ocean pool, Terralong Street retail heaven and the Kiama Blowhole. Kiama train station is a short walk from Shoreline @ Sebel.
Shoreline can be transformed into a three-bedroom luxury apartment with the addition of a two-bedroom apartment (Something Special @ Harbourside), complete with private entry and two car spaces on request.
Kiama and surrounds are known for outstanding markets, and the following are worth a visit: the Kiama Farmers’ Market runs every Wednesday at Surf Beach; Kiama Seaside Markets are held the third Sunday of every month and Jamberoo Market on the last Sunday of every month in Reid Park. Kiama is host to an exciting cultural events calendar of festivals, music, and artists, including the Kiama Arts Trail and Kiama Jazz and Blues Festival.
Natural wonders also abound in the area. Kiama is famous for its blowhole – a natural rock formation, the exhilarating Kiama Coast Walk, Minnamurra rainforest and Minnamurra River.
With an array of eateries at your doorstep, you will be spoilt for choice, Penny Whistlers Cafe, Kai Japanese and Zia’s Italian are a few of our favourites whilst quality homewares are plenty too. Do remember to stop by Deer Willow, Beachside Emporium and Sincerely Summer while you are in Kiama.

If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
