The property has the choice of three living spaces, three televisions, and two with Foxtel so you don’t miss out on that special sports game or the latest movie, this is such a modern and comfortable home to spread out and enjoy time with family and friends. Ducted reverse cycle air conditioning/heating provides comfort all year round and there is also an electric fan forced flame effect wall mounted heater in the lounge room -great for cosy winter stays!
This is a split-level home. On the entry-level are three bedrooms, one, a spacious master with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, two twin rooms with two single beds in each and the main bathroom with shower, vanity, luxurious free-standing bath, and separate toilet. Upstairs is a large living/dining area with a dining table to seat eight, sliding doors to the balcony, comfy recliner chairs and sofas, and a big screen Panasonic TV with USB port and Foxtel. The well-stocked kitchen divides the front living area from the second back living/dining area. The kitchen has an electric stove and ceramic cooktop, and a coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods and tea provided.
Walkthrough the kitchen to the second living/dining area which overlooks the back garden. Lounge about on the large six-seater wraparound sofa in front of the big screen TV with Foxtel or sit up to lunch at the six-seater dining table. Downstairs is a third living area with a three-seater lounge, two bowl cane chairs, big screen TV, Blu-ray DVD player, Wii games console with some games provided, and a selection of games and puzzles. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge room included in your tariff (please advise if required at time of booking so we can provide linen) also, on this level is a queen bedroom, a third bathroom with vanity, shower and toilet and laundry with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.
There are multiple balconies, one with an eight-seater glass table and chairs, plus a large gas BBQ. The back garden is fully fenced with another undercover sitting paved area. There is secure garage parking for 2 cars, and off-street, open-air parking for another 2 cars on the driveway.

If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
