There is comfort for 6 with a flexible bedding configuration and space for all. Valencia is ideal for families, two couples or a group of single artists, bird watchers, bushwalkers or guests attending nearby Grow wild Wildflower Farm wedding venue. There are lots of added extras like a cot in the master bedroom that includes linen, and another single daybed in the quaint little bedsit out the back. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge room and another sofa in the dining area converts to a recliner a great place for a book in the afternoon sun!

Polished timber floors, original leadlight windows, decorative ceilings and period features transport you to a time of country nostalgia. The woodfire in the lounge room adds to the ambience with an abundance of fire wood sourced from the property itself. Delight in the wholesome meals you can create in the country kitchen. This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
