Located in a well maintained complex of permanent residents, its open plan design kitchen, dining and living area looks out to the private courtyard and garden in the middle of the complex. Air conditioned for comfort, it ideally accommodates well for couples.
Cook in the fully equipped kitchen which includes dishwasher, electric cooktop and oven or dine out at one of the local eateries or even indulge at one of the wineries close by.
The screened back area is a lovely spot for morning coffee and a read of the paper before setting out on your adventures for the day.
The garage is not available, parking is on street only, not within the complex.
At the mouth of the beautiful Shoalhaven River, Shoalhaven Heads is perfect for a beach holiday and a great base for exploring the Illawarra area.
Seven Mile Beach is a stunning attraction. Fine white sands curve from the heads near the river entrance north through Seven Mile Beach National Park to Gerroa. The southern stretch, adjacent to the town, is patrolled by the Shoalhaven Heads Surf Life Saving Club during the warmer months.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
