The property is off the grid and uses comprehensive solar electricity and battery storage with an automatic back-up generator if needed. There is a solar hot water system with gas back-up and gas hydronic heating in the winter months. Use of timber, slate and glass create a beautiful aesthetic and the raked ceilings, exposed beams and two huge slow combustion fireplaces provide an unrivaled ambiance.

Whether dining or relaxing indoors with floor to ceiling windows offering magnificent views, or utiliZing the custom-built stone entertaining cabana and amphitheatre, with excellent outdoor kitchen, BBQ and firepit, you will be entertaining in comfort and style.

In addition to the 4 beautifully furnished bedrooms, there is a handy mezzanine retreat with TV and two sofa beds, providing a flexible sleeping configuration and space for all ages and activities.

Willoview is a small rural working farm with cattle, set amongst other dairy farms, vineyards and small holdings. The farm areas are clearly designated and out-of-bounds but you wont want to wander off too far as the view from the full length veranda will have you completely mesmerized.

And there is plenty to do in the surrounding areas including bushwalks, vineyards, cellar doors, beaches, eclectic boutique shopping, markets, whale watching and much, much more.

The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
