A three bedroom, two bathroom, two living room and two dining room home (bedroom one: one king size bed with ensuite, bedroom two: one queen size bed, bedroom three: one queen size bed plus a sofa bed, which is two single beds, located in the second living area) Accommodates: 8. This large air conditioned holiday home has ocean and National Park views.

This impressive, tastefully decorated, air conditioned, three-bedroom beach home offers elevated ocean and National Park views. The living space is on the first floor while the garage is housed on the ground floor. Entering from the ground floor through a tiled hallway and up the stairs you will be greeted with an amazing open plan living area with high beamed ceilings, floating floorboards and boasting plenty of natural light. Here you will find a formal living area, two dining areas and a fabulous fully equipped kitchen with induction cooking, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, breakfast bar and bar stools. There is a generous sized decked balcony at the front of the property with outdoor furniture, access from lounge area, dining area and main bedroom. At the back of the property is a private fully fenced paved courtyard with outdoor furnishings and large gas BBQ.

Continuing through the house, you will enter the main bedroom which boasts a king size bed, access to balcony, HDTV with chromecast and DVD player, ceiling fan, large mirrored built in wardrobes and an ensuite with a shower. Further down the rear hall is bedroom two and three, both with queen size beds, built in robes and ceiling fans. Opposite bedroom two is a rustic looking tiled bathroom with a separate toilet to the bath and shower, the laundry is opposite bedroom three, featuring a washing machine and ironing facilities.

At the rear of the property, garden area outside, is the second lounge area, equally tastefully furnished, with comfortable lounges (sofa beds comprising of two single beds), Smart HDTV also with Chromecast and DVD Player, and a small study room with storage, hanging space and drawers..

The property also features free unlimited Wi-Fi and parking for 3 cars including one single lock up garage with remote.

Location – This property is situated in a very quiet street backing on to National Park. Barry Park only 500m away is a scenic waterfront picnic area with walking trails, native plants, viewing platform (great for spotting humpback whales and dolphins), picnic tables & restrooms. The house is also only 550m to Fingal Bay Beach (the southern end which is called Kiddies Corner) The beach provides an array of activities including safe patrolled swimming, surfing and other water activities, walks to Fingal Spit, cycle pathways, beach cafe/restaurant and a children’s playground. Only 4km away brings you to the very beautiful Shoal Bay Beach which offers boutique shopping, restaurants, cafes and of course the gateway to the fabulous Tomaree Mountain which delivers magnificent breathtaking views. Nelson Bay is approx. 6.5km away.

This property is perfect for the family friendly getaway, or executive couple retreat.

Linen:
This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or book the linen service. The property has pillows, blankets and quilts.

The linen service is $60 for King/Queen and $50 for Single. All beds will be freshly made for your arrival, bath towels, bath mats and hand towels are included (BYO beach towels).

Please contact our guest services team to book. A discount will be offered if the service is booked for less sleeping positions.

Pets are not welcome at this property.

Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.  

Notes:
Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Information tab on our website or a link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.

This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.

Terms and conditions apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you.

The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.
