NOTES:

There is an unfenced dam at this property, please supervise children at all times.
This is a working rural farm, please close gates behind you and do not interfere with livestock.
This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy. There is a separate caretakers residence on the property which is private and away from the guest accommodation.
This property has staggered pricing for additional guests. The pricing is for 18 guests and there is extra pricing for up to 22 guests. Please declare accurate guest numbers at time of booking and update these if your numbers change before arrival
Directions to the property and Key/Access details will be emailed to the guest at 4pm two days prior to arrival.
The bed configuration (splitting of the king beds into singles) must be advised at time of booking

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay.
Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.
This property is NOT pet friendly.
WiFi is not guaranteed. This is a service offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge for this service, we will attempt to fix issues as they arise but cannot be held accountable.
This property will consider bookings for "Schoolies", however, these bookings can only be made by application. Please message us, a comprehensive guest registration form must be completed prior to confirmation and a $2000 cash bond is payable 7 days prior to the stay.
For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

Iona Park is very special. We liked the large, spacious rooms and hallways and the beautiful formal lounge. We also liked the dramatic, curved staircase.

Another lovely spot was the table under the pergola, next to the formal lounge. We had lunch there one day. It was a beautiful day and the setting was perfect.

The dining table inside was also a lovely spot for dinner. No take-aways for us the entire time, just wonderful home cooking in a magical place.

I look forward to booking through you next time we come to Iona Park.

Our family just had a wonderful 3 days at your property, Iona Park at Moss Vale. We had 4 couples and 8 children. It was ideal for this number of people as each of the couples and their children had their own bathroom and very well appointed bedrooms.
Iona Park is very special. We liked the large, spacious rooms and hallways and the beautiful formal lounge. We also liked the dramatic, curved staircase.
Another lovely spot was the table under the pergola, next to the formal lounge. We had lunch there one day. It was a beautiful day and the setting was perfect.
The dining table inside was also a lovely spot for dinner. No take-aways for us the entire time, just wonderful home cooking in a magical place.
I look forward to booking through you next time we come to Iona Park.

We had a lovely stay at Iona Park. The house is beautiful and spacious and accommodated our extended family perfectly. The beds were especially good, there were ample blankets, towels, and everything you needed was there, including chopped firewood and kitchen accessories.
