Description

The moment you arrive at this authentically inspired French home in the heart of Burradoo, you instantly feel you could be in the French countryside. From the stunning timber window shutters and the old farmhouse doors to the exquisite furnishings and beautiful décor, the ambience is real, warm, comfortable and inviting. No expense has been spared with your own private wing being custom furnished, set up and prepared for your stay.

The rooms have been freshly painted, and bathrooms newly renovated. All the crockery and bits and pieces are in keeping with the theme but there are modern conveniences such as an oven, dishwasher, microwave, Foxtel, large screen TV and shared laundry facilities. There is a courtyard area designated for your private outdoor entertaining.

Only a short 2-minute drive into Bowral where you will find a mix of eclectic boutique shops, cafes and restaurants alongside galleries, Bradman Oval, Museum and the International Cricket Hall of Fame and Corbett Gardens. It is also a short drive to the Bowral Golf Club and the Bowral Country club and wedding venues along Centennial Drive including Centennial Vineyards and Gibraltar Resort.

NOTES:

This property is a duplex. There is an adjoining wall with the house next door. You have private entry into your own fully self-contained area and will be afforded the utmost privacy during your stay. You have a courtyard area with an outdoor setting to enjoy but we ask that you do not access the other parts of the yard which are utilised by the people occupying the other house.
This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.
This property has staggered pricing for additional guests. Please declare accurate guest numbers at time of booking and update these if your numbers change before arrival
Directions to the property and Key/Access details will be emailed to the guest at 4pm two days prior to arrival.
Extras available for hire include rollaway beds, porta-cots and highchairs. Send us a message to check availability and cost.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay.
Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.
This property is pet friendly there is a $100 surcharge to have your pet stay – please declare at time of booking and refer to our terms and conditions regarding pets.
WiFi is not guaranteed. This is a service offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge for this service, we will attempt to fix issues as they arise but cannot be held accountable.
This property will consider bookings for ”Schoolies”, however, these bookings can only be made by application. Please message us, a comprehensive guest registration form must be completed prior to confirmation and a $2000 cash bond is payable 7 days prior to the stay.
For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

We have just returned from a girls weekend at St Eloi and cannot stop talking about it. The hosts Pete and Shelly were lovely, very welcoming and friendly and nothing was a trouble. The house itself was beautifully presented, clean, had everything you could possibly need during a stay and had lots of space. It truly did feel like we were in France in the middle of the Highlands. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend to others who are looking for a beautiful Southern Highlands stay.

We had an amazing girls weekend here. Luxurious decor, comfortable beds, clean and luxurious bathrooms, well appointed kitchen, lovely central heating throughout, some great CD's to listen to and very friendly hosts!

From the moment we arrived, we loved Saint Eloi. We opened the gate to a warm, welcoming home away from home. So wonderful and refreshing too. The hosts were very personable and let us know they were available for anything we needed, however let us be. The question is whether to recommend this gem to others, or keep it for ourselves!
