For our founder, Rebecca Cribbin, this is more than a mantra. It’s our reason for being. A seasoned traveller and mother, Rebecca saw that the magic of a perfect holiday has the power to bring families and friends closer together. She founded Holiday Rental Specialists with a mission to bottle that magic, creating a legacy of joy through beautifully managed holiday homes.

From a humble portfolio of 20 properties in 2014 to over 400 today, our growth across Australia‘s most stunning regions is a testament to one thing: our unwavering focus on creating value. Origins

Rebecca’s NSW real estate business expands into short‑term rentals, launching its first holiday listings in the Southern Highlands.

2013

Expansion

The business transitions to a sole focus on short‑term rentals, expanding into the NSW South Coast through strategic rent roll acquisitions.

2020

10‑Year Milestone

Expansion into the Port Stephens region. Portfolio grows to 400 properties under management, with the business remaining resilient and rebounding strongly post‑COVID.
