Enjoy gorgeous vistas to the dams and the natural bushland which attracts plenty of native wildlife – kangaroos, bunnies, delightful birdlife. The high ceilings and floor to ceiling glass brings plenty of light and sun into the house. Fireplaces heated polished concrete floors, automatic blinds, ceiling fans and air conditioning allow you to control the inside climate for your personal comfort.

The double-sided Regency gas flame fireplace dividing the formal lounge and dining rooms is an entertaining feature, as is the central sound system and a myriad of mod cons in the kitchen.

The darkened media room offers the latest Sony projector connected with blu ray DVD player making this property highly desirable for casual corporate retreats and business think tanks.

Just off the freeway it is a quick 1 hour 10-minute drive from Sydney but a private, tranquil and peaceful oasis once you enter the gates. It is very close to various wedding venues including Grow Wild Wildflower Farm and Little Forest Cottages which are just 500 metres down the road and a short 10-15 minutes’ drive into Mittagong and Bowral.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay.
Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.
This property is NOT pet friendly.
There is no Wifi at this property.
To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.
For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

Our stay on this property was wonderful. We had 8 adults stay for 2 nights, large living spaces, plenty of bathrooms and very stylish. We played golf and enjoyed the beautiful outlook. We arrived a little early to drop off the cars before lunch and the staff could not have been more helpful. Overall 5 Stars
