The 3 comfortable bedrooms have all been thoughtfully set up with a flexible configuration including a queen, a twin (can be presented as 2 singles or a king on request at time of booking) and a bunk room for the kids with 2 bunks sleeping 4 singles. There are 2 newly renovated bathrooms, one with bath in which to soak your cares away. The second bathroom can be accessed from the back deck and is perfect for the quick rinse off after you return from the sun, sand and surf at any one of the 4 beaches within 5kms of the house.

Araluen on Holden is conveniently and privately located in a quite cul de sac just 450 metres from Kendalls Beach which is patrolled in summer. The handy bottle shop, takeaway fish and chips and Italian café on Manning Street are just 650 metres away – you know you are on holiday when you can leave the car at home and don’t have to cook if you don’t feel like it!   

Soak up the smells of the rainforest, sounds of the creek and birdsong in Bonaira Native Gardens just 400 metres away or enjoy the wide-open space of Bonaira Reserve with a family game of cricket, a round of footy or a relaxing picnic. If its fashion or homewares shopping you are after, the eclectic mix of Kiama’s boutique shopping starts just 1.5km away.  Be sure to check out the historic Terraces in Collins Street, the markets in Coronation Park and of course the iconic Blowhole.

This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay.
Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.
This property is NOT pet friendly.
WiFi is not guaranteed. This is a service offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge for this service, we will attempt to fix issues as they arise but cannot be held accountable.  
To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.  
This property will consider bookings for ”Schoolies”, however, these bookings can only be made by application. Please message us, a comprehensive guest registration form must be completed prior to confirmation and a $2000 cash bond is payable 7 days prior to the stay.
For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.
