The expansive family room has large light filled northerly windows which bring the everchanging colour palate of the gardens inside.

This property is located in a rural environment and from time to time there will be native animals within the grounds.
This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.
Directions to the property and Key/Access details will be emailed to the guest at 4pm two days prior to arrival.
Extras available for hire include rollaway beds, porta-cots and highchairs. Send us a message to check availability and cost.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay.
Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.
This property is pet friendly there is a surcharge to have your pet stay please declare at time of booking and refer to our terms and conditions regarding pets.
To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.
There is no Wi-Fi at this property
For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

This is an older style house which presumably would have had all the land around it but now is reduced to five acres. While some of the view is influenced by the new houses being built along the road, there are still ample rural vistas to take in especially if you walk up to the top of the block. While older with some character pieces, the house is well laid out for a family or group to use with durable floors and two fires that keep the house warm. The two main areas work well creating different family places and the bedrooms are comfortable with the fourth bedroom great for kids with the bunk beds (parents can retreat to the sitting room so as to avoid disturbing them). The block provides an adequate area for fun things like flying kites or ball sports and (rough) bike riding. As disclosed, the block is not fully fenced and some of the fencing is just wire so probably not suitable for wandering dogs though we had no problem with our two. All in all we had a great family time.

Fabulous place to spend the weekend for a bunch of friends attending a local wedding. Having the fires stacked and ready to start as soon as we arrived was a lovely touch as it was getting pretty cold!

Wonderful place to take the family and focus on quality time together. This classic house is setup for comfort with great open-space living areas made even better by wood-fired heating. Set amongst stunning trees, my kids had a great time running around exploring the grounds. We didn't want to leave!
