Bombo Views on Antrim has three good sized bedrooms – The main bedroom is an ensuited room with King bed, bathrobes and slippers are supplied for that extra touch of comfort, bedroom 2 has 2 king single beds, bedroom 3 has 1 king single bed and each of these are on the top level. There is an additional single sofa bed downstairs in the separate lounge area.

Cook up a storm in the modern clean kitchen which is equipped with all the conveniences you would expect.

Bi-fold doors open from the dining area onto the front balcony where a table and chairs are provided for you to sit back, relax and enjoy your morning coffee or glass of wine at sunset. Featured in many TV and print advertisements this is a view many dreams are made of.

The family lounge has a comfortable modular setting with chaise, reverse cycle air conditioning, HD TV and DVD player and Austar. The second lounge area downstairs comes complete with HD TV with inbuilt DVD player and a Wii Console. Great for the kids to escape to while the adults enjoy some quiet time. A selection of DVDs, Wii games and books are provided for your entertainment.

There is also a BBQ, outdoor setting and shade umbrella in the private courtyard area, ensuring you can take advantage of the long summer evenings outdoors.

Quality linen and towels, fluffy quilts and sumptuous pillows are provided as are complimentary tea, coffee and sugar.

Guest toiletries, and hair dryer are also provided.

Maximum occupancy 5 Adults and 1 Child under 14 years.

This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.
Directions to the property and Key/Access details will be emailed to the guest at 4pm two days prior to arrival.

This property is approved for accommodation only.  No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.  The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay.
Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.  If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies.  Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.
This property is NOT pet friendly.
There is no Wifi at this property.
To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.
For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.
