Description

The Chalet at Callala Beach offers the perfect location for a relaxing beach holiday, whether its for a weekend getaway or longer, you will want to return. Just a minute 50m walk across the road to the famous white sands of Callala Beach, enjoy a relaxed day on the sand and return to chill out on the deck with an afternoon BBQ and drinks while watching the kids play in the fully fenced yard.

Climb the stairs to access the wrap around deck and entry to the house where you will find polished timber floors, open plan living, dining and kitchen plus two bedrooms and bathroom all on this level. The loft/attic of this property has a steep staircase/ladder to gain access and is not suitable for the aged or the very young, though there are hand rails on either side of the ladder (see photos or ring to discuss with us before booking). The master bedroom and main living room have glass doors leading out onto the deck and these provide a light airy feel throughout the house. In the loft/attic there is a queen bed, single bed with trundle as well as a lounge area, TV and games.

The kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave, electric cooktop and oven, coffee machine and more. Due to the limited space, the dining table has been built to store away whilst not in use, a great Ikea invention! The main living area has a Smart TV, with access to internet streaming services (Netflix etc using your own account).

The Chalet at Callala Beach will accommodate 6 comfortably in the living areas but does have bedding for 8. It is important that you note that there is a staircase/ladder to the loft/attic. There is plenty of parking for both cars and boat available in the securely fenced yard. The house is built up and provides a laundry with additional toilet underneath together with carport parking, there is also a private hot and cold shower attached to the laundry.

The garage at The Chalet at Callala Beach is set up as a games room with table tennisand is a great storage area for your bikes and boards if needed.

Feel like doing more than just relaxing, The Chalet at Callala Beach provides boogie boards & board games for guest use.

Your dog is most welcome outside, in the games room or laundry area and a $100 pet surcharge is applicable. A dog mattress and 2 bowls are provided, bring your own dog bedding.

Callala Beach is a dog-friendly beach.

As the sun sets, fire up the barbecue and enjoy the twilight as the night sky reveals its beauty.

All beds will be freshly made for your arrival, bath towels, bath mats and hand towels are included (BYO beach towels).

NOTES

This property has ladder type stairs in to the loft/attic which are not suitable to very young children or the aged. There are 2 bedrooms on the lower level and 1 bedroom in the loft/attic.
This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.
Directions to the property and Key/Access details will be emailed to the guest at 4pm two days prior to arrival.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. The guest limitapply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay.
Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.
This property is pet friendly, there is a surcharge to have your pet stay please declare at time of booking and refer to our terms and conditions regarding pets.
To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.
For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.
