Description

The Chalet at Callala Beach offers the perfect location for a relaxed beach holiday, whether it’s for a weekend getaway or longer you will want to return. Just a two minute, 100m walk across the road to the famous white sands of Callala Beach, enjoy a relaxed day on the sand and return to chill out on the deck with an afternoon BBQ and drinks while watching the kids play in the fully fenced yard.

Climb the stairs to access a wrap around balcony and entry to the house where you will find polished timber floors, open plan living, dining and kitchen plus two bedrooms and bathroom all on this level. The loft of this property has a steep staircase/ladder to gain access and is not suitable to aged or the very young, though there are rails on either side of the ladder (see photos or ring to discuss with us before booking) Both bedrooms have glass doors leading out onto the balcony and these provide a light airy feel throughout the house. In the attic there is a queen bed, single bed with trundle as well as a lounge area, TV and games.

The kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave, electric cooktop and oven, Coffee machine and more. Due to the limited space the dining table has been built to store away whilst not in use, a great ikea invention!. The lounge area has TV, DVD and a selection of DVDs.

The Chalet at Callala Beach will accommodate 6 comfortably. It is important that you note that there is a ladder to the attic. There is plenty of parking for both cars and boat available in the securely fenced yard. The house is built up and provides a laundry underneath together with carport parking, there is also a private hot / cold shower attached to the laundry

As the sun sets, fire up the barbecue and enjoy the twilight as the night sky reveals its beauty.

Looking for a holiday house that is close to the beach and has a relaxed beach cottage feel? The Chalet at Callala Beach is just that. A two bedroom cottage with additional bedding and living area in the loft plus a games room set up in the rear garage.

Linen:

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or book the linen service. The property has pillows, blankets and quilts.

Full linen service for all of the sleeping positions at this property is $260.

All beds will be freshly made for your arrival, bath towels, bath mats and hand towels are included (BYO beach towels).

Please contact our guest services team to book. A discount will be offered if the service is booked for less sleeping positions.

Cleaning:

There is a cleaning fee of $150 at this property.

NOTES:

This property has ladder type stairs into the attic which are not suitable to very young children or the aged. There are 2 bedrooms on the lower level and an open plan sleeping area in the attic.
This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.
Directions to the property and Key/Access details will be emailed to the guest at 4pm two days prior to arrival.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay.
Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.
This property is pet friendly there is a surcharge to have your pet stay – please declare at time of booking and refer to our terms and conditions regarding pets.
To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.
Wi-Fi is not guaranteed. This is a service offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge for this service we will attempt to fix issues as they arise but cannot be held accountable.
For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

Brilliant location right across from the beach entrance. Light and bright decor, and the air con was fantastic! Comfy beds, and the various living areas (main, loft, and games room) let us spread out.

All in all, a fantastic weekend getaway. Would stay again!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Callala.  So close to the beach!  The property is exactly what we needed and more.  The dogs enjoyed it as well as the humans :)

We loved all the plush throws and heating facilities to beat the cold. A beautiful beach house with everything comfortable. My family loved the stay and we would definately stay again!
