This property has had an internal make over and now has a Hamptons inspired feel. The open plan functionality provides lots of space to enjoy family getaways without getting in the way of each other.

Positioned just 250 metres from the pristine shores and crystal blue waters of Culburra Beach.

Upon entry be greeted by a wide hallway/entry, hardwood timber floors and high ceilings. The front lounge room is large with electric recycled air conditioner and window seats, this is a relaxing comfortable area. Two bedrooms have built in robes and ceiling fans for comfort.

At the end of the hallway you will come to the kitchen and dining room, this is a great open plan area acting as the hub of the home. Step out through the glass sliding doors, here you can enjoy outdoor entertaining all year round this is a huge outdoor undercover area with gas BBQ, large outdoor dining space and lounging area. If it's a morning cuppa in the sun you're after, then the rear deck is perfect with its northerly aspect.

The main bathroom boasts a corner spa bath. The large powder room has toilet and vanity while the laundry also caters as a second bathroom with shower and toilet. Bedroom 4 is also set up as a kids domain with TV, Xbox and DVD player.

The grounds boast beautiful gardens creating a private and peaceful setting for you to enjoy. Boat ramps are literally 2 minutes' drive away andthe beach just around the corner, Thecycle way out the front leads you to the local shops and cafes or take a ride in the other direction to the headland, you really will be spoiled with all that the coastal village of Culburra Beach has to offer.

Full linen service for all of the sleeping positions at this property is $430.

All beds will be freshly made for your arrival, bath towels, bath mats and hand towels are included (BYO beach towels).

Cleaning:

There is a cleaning fee of $200 at this property.

This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.
Directions to the property and Key/Access details will be emailed to the guest at 4pm two days prior to arrival.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay.
Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.
This property is pet friendly.
WiFi is not guaranteed. This is a service offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge for this service, we will attempt to fix issues as they arise but cannot be held accountable.
To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.
For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.
