Soak up the coastal atmosphere and marvel at the spectacular sunrises from the comfort of the house, where most bedrooms, lounge room and large upstairs balcony celebrate views of the beach and azure coloured ocean waters.

The track to Warrain Beach is directly opposite the front door, where you can sink your feet into the pristine sand in a 1-minute stroll, and swim or surf in the South Coasts famous waves.

The house can easily accommodate two families. There are three bedrooms with a fourth room, able to be used as a bedroom or small living area. This room has doors leading out onto the front balcony but can also be closed off with sliding doors to make it a private room for sleeping. There are three bathrooms, with plenty of room throughout the house to spread out and holiday in style.

Downstairs, the house has a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, separate laundry with washer and dryer, spacious open plan kitchen-dining, and a reading/coffee nook. The lounge room has a huge 55 inch TV, DVD/blue ray player and Bluetooth sound system.

Books, games and DVDs are provided.

Outside, there is a gas BBQ, an outdoor seating area and a massive backyard that easily accommodates entertaining and fun for all. An outdoor shower is provided to hose off after a dip in the ocean, as well as a cantilevered umbrella for all year round use.

For the little one, a high chair, portacot, change mat, bouncer and baby bath are included free of charge. There is a retractable baby gate at the top of the stairs to keep your family safe.

The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
