Azure Waters is a spacious, family-friendly beach house, perfectly positioned to take advantage of ocean views and a relaxing beach lifestyle.

Soak up the coastal atmosphere and marvel at the spectacular sunrises from the comfort of the house, where most bedrooms, lounge room and large upstairs balcony celebrate views of the beach and azure coloured ocean waters.

The track to Warrain Beach is directly opposite the front door, where you can sink your feet into the pristine sand in a 1-minute stroll, and swim or surf in the South Coasts famous waves.

The house can easily accommodate two families. There are three bedrooms with a fourth room, able to be used as a bedroom or small living area. This room has doors leading out onto the front balcony but can also be closed off with sliding doors to make it a private room for sleeping. There are three bathrooms, with plenty of room throughout the house to spread out and holiday in style.

Downstairs, the house has a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, separate laundry with washer and dryer, spacious open plan kitchen-dining, and a reading/coffee nook. The lounge room has a huge 55 inch TV, DVD/blue ray player and Bluetooth sound system.

Books, games and DVDs are provided.

Outside, there is a gas BBQ, an outdoor seating area and a massive backyard that easily accommodates entertaining and fun for all. An outdoor shower is provided to hose off after a dip in the ocean, as well as a cantilevered umbrella for all year round use.

For the little one, a high chair, portacot, change mat, bouncer and baby bath are included free of charge. There is a retractable baby gate at the top of the stairs to keep your family safe.

Linen Service full property all beds, $300 per stay. All beds will be freshly made for your arrival. The service includes sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bath mats and hand towels. If you only require the linen service for a certain number of beds and not the entire property, please contact our bookings team for a quote. Please advise at the time of booking if you would like to book the linen service or if you will be bringing your own linen. If you don't book the linen service then you will need to bring your own sheets and towels. There are pillows, blankets and quilts with covers on the beds.

This property does NOT have internet access or Wi-fi.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.

Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Information tab on our website or a link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.

This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.

Terms and conditions apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you.

The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

Extras may be available for hire include rollaway beds, portacots and highchairs. Send us a message to check availability and cost.

Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

A beautiful house which is stylishly designed and very clean. Lots of very thoughtful touches around the house for your comfort. The access to the glorious beach is right in front with shops and probably the best coffee only 2km away. Thank you for making our family stay special.
