Beach Dayz holiday cottage is located in a quiet cul de sac with a track at the end of the street leading directly onto beautiful Culburra Beach. Just a 20-minute drive from Nowra and approximately 2-2.5hrs from Sydney, Beach Dayz will provide you with many fun memories and good times.
This property is a two-bedroom fully furnished cottage with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a tri-bunk and single bunk beds in the second bedroom.
Appliances include washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, flat screen TV, DVD player, Xbox, heaters and fans, which aid the fresh feel and comfort of the little holiday cottage.
There is plenty of room to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner with the 6 seater dining table inside, plus the 6 seater outdoor setting and the 4 seater wooden bench style setting on the front verandah overlooking the garden.
A new rear deck has been built alongside a relaxing fire pit area to enjoy an afternoon BBQ and and cold beverage or a bacon and egg breakfast. Sit back and watch the kids play in the the huge backyard, which is perfect for a game of cricket, soccer or friendly footy.
If you are more of a beach babe or surfer, you can take a short walk to the beautiful Culburra beach almost at your doorstep, or if fishing takes your fancy, take your fishing gear or tinny (or your kayak if you're more of an adventurer) to nearby Lake Wollumboola. Golfers can delight in a pleasurable game at the Nowra Golf Club or take in 9 holes at the Callala RSL Country Club.
A short, flat walk will take you to the local coffee shops or Woolworths for a snack or stock up the fridge for a nice home-cooked meal.
Alternatively, if you want to avoid the kitchen altogether, you might like to take in a meal and watch a band at the Culburra Bowling and Recreation Club, located within walking distance, or take a short drive to Greenwell Point Bowling Club for a great counter meal.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.
Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Information tab on our website or a link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.
This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.

The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.
