Upstairs you will find a recently renovated kitchen fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, 2 bedrooms both with queen size beds, an open plan living area combined with a dining area. There is a full bathroom upstairs. The sunny front deck is accessible from the living area where you can take in the filtered views of the ocean and enjoy the sea breeze in the evenings.

Downstairs there are another 2 bedrooms, one of which is a bunk room providing 3 single beds and the other bedroom has 3 single beds too. There is also a second bathroom combined with the laundry.

At the rear of the property, there is a large decked area with gas BBQ for cooking the catch of the day. For your return from the beach, there is a hot & cold outdoor shower for your convenience.

Linen Service for the full property all beds, $400 per stay. All beds will be freshly made for your arrival. The service includes sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bath mats and hand towels. If you only require the linen service for a certain number of beds and not the entire property, please contact our bookings team for a quote. If you don't book the linen service, then you will need to bring your own sheets and towels. There are pillows, blankets and quilts with covers on the beds. BYO beach towels.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

AWESOME! Highly recommend staying here. Considering it is only about $50/night once you have 10 people, it’s exceptional value for money. The location is good too, right opposite the beach and when relaxing on the top deck you can see the beach! It’s only a smaller town so a very quiet suburb. It is about 25 minutes drive to woolworths, but there is a tiny convenience store about 2 minutes away that also sells hot food. This was good for basic necessities but we had a few vegans with us so had to travel into huskisson for groceries. The house is very clean with multiple living areas, this gave us great opportunity to separate into smaller groups if need be but also enough room in the main area to accommodate for everybody. The house had basic necessities already (olive oil, herbs, salt, pepper) and cooking utensils so cooking each night was an absolute breeze. We will definitely be coming back to holiday here!
