Just a short stroll from Jones Beach, The Blue Pelican is a newly built duplex with all modern conveniences. Holiday in style and enjoy the fantastic open-plan upper floor with large balcony, sea views, hanging egg chairs and BBQ. A fantastic spot to read, relax and entertain with friends and family.

Retreat to one of the three bedrooms downstairs if you fancy some peace and quiet. The main bedroom with ensuite also features a wonderful deck stepping down to the low maintenance synthetic turfed yard. With room for kids to kick a ball or play safely on the ‘turf’, The Blue Pelican is a great choice for young families.

The Blue Pelican boasts all new furnishings and appliances including two large smart TV’s (one in main bedroom), air conditioning upstairs, outdoor games, board games, and kids DVD’s to keep the family entertained in the event of a rainy day.

The Blue Pelican is an easy stroll to the beach, cafes and shops, with the local IGA just around the corner. It is great for a short stay, a weekend away or a holiday with the family. Ideal for those who want the convenience of some of the great sights and activities of Kiama or as a base as you explore the stunning South Coast.

Linen:
All linen (sheets and bath towels) is supplied for your stay and included in the tariff. For the comfort of our guests, we do not triple sheet. All beds have a fitted sheet, a flat sheet and a quilt with a full cover. BYO beach towels.

Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge, issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.  

Notes:
Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Information tab on our website or a link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.

This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.

Terms and conditions apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you.

The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

A lovely stay, one of my favourite Airbnb stays. Highlight were the pod-chairs on the balcony - sheer bliss reading and gently swaying in the wind. Ocean glimpses, quality touches and very clean (one of the cleanest stays I've had, helped this place is almost brand new). Quiet area with occasional noise from the train but never an issue. The kitchen is a little cramped so don't expect to cook a meal for a family of 6.

Grandparents, with kids and 11mth not quite-toddler enjoyed this tri-level beauty = five minutes from the beach located in a quiet location. Complete with a kiddie gate on the top living area, a revolving pantry (necessities are in this pantry), air-con upstairs, variety of dvds for kids, comfy lounges and outdoor furniture and bbq made our 4 night stay relaxing. Two off street car spaces were appreciated.

Love the little touches in the house. It had everything we needed. The evolving pantry was a great idea - guests who stayed have left some of their pantry supplies so you’re free to use them. We did the same and left some pantry items like spices etc instead of throwing them away. Great location too.
