Linen
All linen (sheets and bath towels) is supplied for your stay and included in the tariff. For the comfort of our guests, we do not triple-sheet. All beds have a fitted sheet, a flat sheet and a quilt with a full cover. BYO linen for the complimentary travel cot. BYO beach towels.

Pets are welcome at this property. There is a $100 surcharge to have your pet stay. Please declare at the time of booking and refer to the terms and conditions regarding pets.

Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge, issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.

This property will consider bookings for groups of young people and/or Schoolies, however, these bookings can only be made by application. Please message us; a comprehensive guest registration form must be completed prior to confirmation and a $2000 cash bond is payable. Other conditions apply.

Notes
Code of Conduct: Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Information tab on our website or a link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.

Noise at Properties: NSW Planning has passed laws that affect guests. The Code of Conduct for holiday renting can be found on our website under the Guest Information tab. In Section 2.5.2 of the STR Code of Conduct, guests have an obligation to ensure the peace and comfort of neighbours and other occupants of the premises (if strata) near holiday rental properties. This means guests have to be very mindful of noise made in or outside the property that can disrupt neighbours at any time of the day. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited.

Privacy: This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.
Terms and Conditions: Detailed T&Cs apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you. Please share the T&Cs with your other guests.

Check-in and -out Times: During the busy months of December and January, the check-in time is 4 pm to facilitate peak back-to-back changeovers. Our standard check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 10 am. We offer a complimentary early check-in or late check-out time as a gesture of goodwill where booking and housekeeping schedules allow. Note that due to demand and housekeeping pressures, no early check-ins or late check-outs will be granted during the months of December and January. The safest way to secure an early check-in or later check-out is to book the property for an extra night. Contact us for a special rate for this extra night. All Sunday late check outs must be requested and approved prior to 5 pm on the Friday evening prior. All complimentary early check-ins or late check-outs must be confirmed in writing so that our housekeeping team are informed accordingly.

Guest Registration: Guest registration is mandatory for all bookings and replaces the need for a cash bond for short term bookings (up to 20 nights). It is essential for fraud prevention, damage claims, safety, and emergency purposes. The process varies depending on the online travel agent used. Direct bookings require the booker to upload a copy of their driver’s licence and credit card through our encrypted online process.

Additional Guests: The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.

No Extras: This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

EV Charging: For safety reasons and to comply with insurance requirements, guests are prohibited from charging electric vehicles at any property that does not have a dedicated EV charging station. Charging electric vehicles without proper infrastructure poses a fire hazard, and in the unfortunate event of an incident, insurance cover may be compromised, and the guest held liable. If in doubt, ask our team for the closest EV charging station.

Long Stay Discounts: Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

Property Information: Information during your stay can be found in the Guest Information Folder or by calling our office 24/7.

Security Deposit: For most bookings, completion of our registration process and a valid credit card with a $1000 available limit is sufficient for the security deposit. For medium-term bookings (21-40 nights) and long-term bookings (41-90 nights), a non-negotiable cash security deposit is required. This deposit, held in our Trust Account, is refunded after the departure inspection, with any damage or loss deducted. The minimum cash deposit is $2000, with higher amounts for larger or more expensive properties, or at the owner’s/agent’s discretion.

Peace of Mind: For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

We loved the house so much the first time we had to come back, but noticed the owner has actually improved it since then! Amazing for a beach rental, just a couple of minutes walk from the sand. Like last time, the place was not only immaculately clean and well presented but also full of extra touches that just made us feel welcome. I have to make a special mention of the large, stylish rear deck where we sat during a light rain shower one evening. So private, so cosy, so comfy, and delightfully warm thanks to modern overhead heaters. What a great place for a glass or two of red! Pretty nice for a G&T on a sunny day too! We didn't use the fire pit this time, but it was well stocked with firewood just in case. We did, however, use the kitchen facilities to the full with food from the local IGA (a few minutes away) and from Nowra Fresh (20-minute drive). Fantastic to have such suppliers so close by. We have honestly never stayed in a more beautiful home in Callala Beach, and we will definitely be back!

This home was everything we were looking for. Thank you. We wanted three bedrooms with comfortable queen or double beds. A clean and modern kitchen for creating healthy meals together, plenty of outdoor living space to entertain and relax, plus a fire pit and gated yard. Burrangarra ticked all boxes. Great house! Totally recommend.

So great. We really needed a break, and this place was fabulous. We left completely relaxed after a weekend of real indulgence. The property is so comfy and even more stylish than the photos suggest. Whoever sets this place up has obviously thought of everything. Little extras like coffee pods, a giant Toblerone chocolate bar, and plenty of firewood for the outdoor fire pit meant we had everything we needed. The beach is a short walk away and just incredible. It’s not far from Nowra Fresh Food Market, which has meat, fish, and vegetables that you’d struggle to find in Sydney. We even BBQd quail on the property’s Weber. 😄 Congrats to the owner.

The house was wonderful, we have been coming to Callala for the last 8 years and this was one of the best houses that we have stayed in. The deck was great for relaxing and socialising and the garden beautiful. The beds were very comfy, and it had all we needed. They left a gift of a Toblerone which we turned into a delicious mousse- thank you!! We will be back next year.

The house is beautifully renovated. Great backyard for the dogs to run around. Really lovely cutlery and crockery and beautiful furnishings. It’s a flat and easy walk to the beach. The back deck with bbq is such a lovely place to chill out. Special touches like mineral water and chocolate were very much appreciated and a really nice surprise.

We recently stayed at Burrangarra (Callala Beach), and it was fantastic. From arriving to a clean home and extremely well stocked pantry, we were able to unwind immediately. Lovely decor, and all the mod cons you could want for. We booked a few weeks and as I was working remotely the owner very kindly put a desk and chair in the master bedroom. The internet was faultless throughout our stay. The main lounge has aircon, which was needed (due to it being mid winter) but the rooms also had heaters as well plus the outside heating was a bonus! When there is no wind it made it so cozy to sit outside night and day, listening to the ocean. Plus our dogs loved the fully fenced yard.

We loved staying at this relaxing home. Very comfortably set up with split system ac that warmed the home up nicely. Modern & clean furnishings, and great to have bedrooms set up without bunks, as our kids like their separate spaces. We walked to the local wood fire pizza restaurant on the first night and then cooked at home over the next few nights. Enjoyed lounging back soaking up some morning winter sun on the back deck or walking to the beach. Definitely recommend.

The entire house was very welcoming and had beautiful light throughout. All bedrooms were warmly dressed with really comfy beds. The living and kitchen spaces were open and thoughtfully furnished to comfortably flow out to a large undercover deck where we spent the majority of the time to take in the sounds of Callala Beach.
