Callala Dreaming is a beautiful mid-century beach house located 180 m from the pristine waters of Callala Beach in Jervis Bay. Callala Beach is perfect for children with calm, gentle waves and"squeaky clean" sand. The property has the added bonus of being dog friendly.
Situated in a quiet street, it is only a 3-4 minute stroll to the beach, 1 door away from the beach track. You can hear the waves whilst relaxing on the back deck with a cuppa or a glass of wine.
Whilst maintaining its retro character, Callala Dreaming has been completely renovated throughout and has an open plan living and dining that opens onto the garden, a brand new kitchen with all the mod-cons, two brand new bathrooms, four bedrooms, large fully fenced backyard and an expansive deck overlooking the garden, a perfect place to hang out and relax. There is a wood-burning fireplace for the colder months and a large selection of books, games and DVDs.

Pets are welcome at this property. There is a surcharge of $100 to have your pet stay. Please declare at the time of booking and refer to the terms and conditions regarding pets.
This property does NOT have internet access or Wi-fi.
To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.

This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.

The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

This property has everything you need for a self catering stay. The kitchen is well equipped and there are toys for the kitchen plus beach umbrella which is handy. The kitchen leads out to an entertainers deck and a nice flat garden, great for kids also.
great location 2 mins walk from the beach. however I would bring spare toilet paper and washing up liquid as the dishwasher does not work properly. great size back yard for games or chilling on the deck.

Nice cosy home that is very close to callala beach and not a very long drive to Hyams and surrounding beaches! Would recommend to anyone that would like a Quiet holiday away as they are very particular on noise restrictions! In saying that would book again :)

Amazing place, perfect for our family and first holiday with our baby Cavoodle. The space was well planned and equipped with a great fireplace and safe closed in backyard for our pup. Great location for walks and the beach. Enough space for 2 families and safe for young kiddies. We hope to return there soon. Easy check in and good communication. There’s a good little street library on the street parallel closest to the beach if you need a book.... but they also had a great DVD, book and game collection. Loved the retro touches.
Lovely house to get away with a group of people. Fire place was lovely to sit around, chat, drink and play games. Close walk to beautiful beach. Short drive to local shops. 20min drive for most other destinations (larger shops, national park etc).
Callala Dreaming is a great place with a lovely relaxed vibe - perfect for a holiday with the extended family. We loved the location (bushwalking, kayaking, swimming - even in winter) and the house was well equipped and comfortable.

This little gem and hideaway included everything we could ask for. It was located within close proximity to the beach, with a nice large backyard for our fur baby. Inside comforts were cosy, very clean with many activities , games and books.
