Gibraltar Resort, Peppers Craigieburn, Centennial Vineyards, and Hopewood are all within a 1 km radius and Bendooley Estate is only 5 km away. Properties such as Camelot do not come much better or closer to the action!
This two-storey home comprises of huge indoor and outdoor living and entertaining spaces. The formal sitting room, with a gas flame fireplace, overlooks manicured golf greens of Craigieburn golf course. In addition, there is an oversized media room, also with a gasflame fireplace, which provides a great relaxing space or viewing area for the level rear garden (a perfect soccer field or cricket pitch). The large dining area, off the chef's kitchen, opens onto a completely covered outdoor dining room with BBQ which then leads to the rear garden.
Camelot is in a great position to use as your base to explore the Highlands'; villages including their boutique shops, farmers' markets, cool-climate wineries, great restaurants and cafes. There's also antiques, bric-a-brac, and art galleries galore, not to mention golf courses, day spas and beautiful country drives. This is the ideal home to get ready for and retreat to after attending a wedding or to host a small family gathering or special birthday (please note: no extra guests, just those staying at the property).

To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for 'schoolies' breaks/under 21 yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.
Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Information tab on our website or a link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.
This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.

The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

Beautiful big house. We had a great time staying there for our golfing trip!
A very comfortable, clean, well equipped property for a large group with young children. We were there for a warm Easter and were able to enjoy the extensive backyard. The property managers respond quickly and provide a thorough service.
Good - clean - classic styled country house as described. Sufficient space to house 3 generations of 8 adults and 7 children (teenager and below). Soundproof enough for everyone to have some privacy corners away from children running around. Has modern Technology in media room. Large backyard for soccer game, table tennis in garage and marshmallow fire pit are highlights for the children.

Camelot was the most beautiful house and a wonderful place to stay for a group of friends. Ample beds and bathrooms in a great, quiet location a few minutes drive from the centre of Bowral. Would highly recommend for a great weekend.
