Ideal for extended family groups, the property has informal and formal dining areas, two spacious lounge rooms (one with slow combustion fireplace), gourmet kitchen ideal for entertaining, an outdoor terrace with dining set, large BBQ and second outdoor dining area, fantastic enclosed swimming pool and views of the rolling green countryside and the escarpment. Ideally located between Wollongong and Shellharbour 90 Minutes from Sydney and only 35 minutes down the road to Kiama, Wongawilli is the perfect spot to experience some of the best the South Coast has to offer. Enjoy snorkelling and diving at some of NSW's best dive sites, visit famous beaches or enjoy paddle boarding and kayaking onthe gorgeous lakes. Kiama has the famous blowhole, an eclectic mix of homeware and fashion boutiques, cafes, markets, galleries and music in the park.

Property Specific Notes:

This property has a $2000 cash bond. The bond is refundable within 14 days providing there are no damages to the property or evidence of pets. Any events must be approved first and there is a $1500 event fee.

Please note this property has a dam, children must be supervised at all times

Pets are NOT welcome at this property.

Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.

Cowley house will accept small functions or weddings on application. There are specific terms for these events and a $1500 event fee. Please contact us to discuss a suitable package for you.

This was the perfect stay with lots of things to do. The kids had their space and the adults could leave them be. The horses were friendly and allowed us to give them a pat. We literally had everything we needed in the cold weather but can’t wait to come back in the summer!!! This place was perfect for all Instagram moments and overall memories. The Prats Family.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

The house was beautiful and the location was amazing! Everything was just as pictured in the photos. Very clean and so much room. The pool and outdoor area was perfect for lunch and a swim during the day. Would definitely like to book again!

This house was simply stunning. It is designed and decorated perfectly for a luxurious getaway. I had my family all come for my 50th birthday and we had a fabulous time. Plenty of room for our group and so much space that we didn’t feel on top of each other. The kitchen was huge and very well supplied. The views from the lounge area to the garden and mountain was spectacular. Would love to stay again. A few issues with the property management giving us incorrect info but nothing too drastic.

This place has everything you need for a nice and relaxing weekend away with the family. The house is huge, with plenty of room for everyone. We have 5 kids in our family and this place was perfect to accommodate us all. The place was sparkling clean when we arrived and they thought of every single detail such as finding a drawer full of tea and even dairy-free got chocolate. The kids loved feeding the horses and the surroundings are just beautiful. We’ll definitely be back again!

We recently had a fantastic stay here with a group of 12 friends. The Airbnb was very large and clean with amazing facilities both inside and out - with a fully equipped kitchen and living area perfect for entertaining and awesome garden with pool, pond and paddocks! The Airbnb is professionally managed so was great communication with swift responses and no issues. Would highly recommend

We had such a wonderful time at this property. Both the interior of the home and the surrounding land are so spacious! Ideal for big groups, we never at any time felt like we were on top of each other. We had lovely group lunches most days on the long tables and as for the kids they loved to roam wild and free. They rode their bikes, played football and swam in the pool all day. We will definitely be looking to hire this place out again. We loved every minute of our stay
