CShells on Quay is a 3-bedroom, 2 storey duplex with views of Jervis Bay. Only 266 m away to the golden sands and glistening waters where you can enjoy any number of water sports and activities or just sit back and relax watching the world go by.
CShells on Quay sleeps 8 people on comfortable beds. The main bedroom has ensuite with shower and toilet and is on the ground level. There are two more bedrooms upstairs with a queen bed and 2 sets of single bunks. The main bathroom located upstairs has a shower, toilet, vanity and bath to soak in after a day on the beach. Perfect for a weekend getaway or longer.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and coffee machine. Meals can be enjoyed at the dining table, which seats 8 or set up the outdoor dining upstairs, relax with a few drinks and chat about the days' events.
The spacious lounge room with large screen TV and DVD has glass doors leading out to the covered balcony; alternatively, there is also a smaller TV and lounge in the dining/living area downstairs.
The laundry has a washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Linen:
Linen Service full property (all beds) - $300 per stay.
All beds will be freshly made for your arrival. The service includes sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bath mats and hand towels. If you only require the linen service for a certain number of beds and not the entire property, please contact our bookings team for a quote.
If you don't book the linen service, then you will need to bring your own sheets and towels. There are pillows, blankets and quilts with covers on the beds. BYO beach towels.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.

The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

Easy check in, great location and clean and full equipped house
Super good location! Just a quick walk to the beach! We had a lovely weekend!
An absolute bang for the buck of a house with all the basic essentials provided. BYO linen/blankets wasn’t an issue in the slightest. Can’t fault or complain about anything, it was exactly as described and proved to be an awesome stay! To top it off, they were great hosts who endeavoured to cater to any additional requests. Also bonus points for having a rice cooker 😂
