To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.

Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Information tab on our website or a link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

A wonderful family friendly home in a great location to experience the surrounding sights and suburbs. Our boys 3 & 6 loved the trampoline, swings, tennis court and chooks but most of all they loved the gentle natured dogs who loved being stroked. The house was clean and so comfortable, with games and movies included which made for the perfect getaway. Wonderful hosts made sure everything was just right. Will definitely be back and highly recommend!

What a beautifully appointed place. The kitchen was huge and very well-equipt. We enjoyed having access to the garden, particularly the trampoline and tennis court. It was extremely quiet and peaceful. While there was no access to free-to-air TV stations, DVDs we're available to use. The WiFi access was intermittent, which might cause some guests problems if they depended on it for remote work, etc. The property has two bedrooms and plus a separate sleeping area, through which the bathroom and the main bedroom is accessed. This separate area is upstairs and is a beautiful large space with board games, and puzzles for kids. We really appreciated the children's games and toys available, particularly since it rained on one of the days of our stay. The two dogs that live on the property we're extremely well behaved and managed by the owners. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this property for a short winter getaway. It was extremely comfortable, well equipped and perfect as a place to relax and unwind. Particularly enjoyed the use of the full sized tennis court, the trampoline and collected the freshly laid eggs each day. Reasonably priced accommodation and well located.
