This truly unique two-storey home is spacious, tastefully decorated and well equipped. Featuring five generous bedrooms, four bathrooms, two kitchens and multiple living rooms.

The second storey has a lounge room, dining and kitchen with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a laundry, while the entry-level has a lounge room, dining room and kitchen with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and another laundry.

Kendalls Beach House is perfect for two families, with each level featuring a fully equipped kitchen. Both kitchens have induction stoves, dishwashers and coffee machines and lead out to alfresco areas.

This home has been set up with a true passion for providing a luxurious and comfortable holiday. It has ducted air conditioning upstairs and reverse cycle air conditioning downstairs, the whole home has access to fast NBN Wi-Fi internet and Austar TV. The downstairs lounge room has a pool table. And in the front courtyard, you can enjoy the 6-person outdoor heated spa!

Views of Kendalls Beach are visible from the upstairs balcony, which has an outdoor setting and BBQ, or you can enjoy the sunny downstairs courtyard BBQ area on the outdoor lounge or dining table, there is also an outdoor shower to wash away the sand after your visit to the beach.

At Kendalls Beach House you really are spoilt for choice with things to do on your holiday. Swim at Kendalls Beach right on your doorstep, take the kids to the modern children's playground nearby, or take a leisurely stroll around the headland to Kiamas Surf Beach or the lovely inlet, East Beach, only 3.3 km away.

A pleasant seaside stroll past Surf Beach towards the retail precinct, you will stumble across Silica Restaurant, Empire 23 and Wild Patch Cafe. Further afield you will find quality retail shops such as Deer Willow, Beachside Emporium and Inside Story where you can collect that special little piece.

Kiama hosts an array of variety when it comes to dining, our personal favourites are Hanoi on Manning, El Corazon and Thai @ Kiama or for modern Australian you can try Olive and Vine. Remember to make a reservation!

Kiama is host to an exciting cultural events calendar of festivals, music, markets and artists including the Kiama Arts Trail and Kiama Jazz and Blues Festival.

Natural wonders also abound in the area. Kiama is famous for its blowhole - a natural rock formation, the exhilarating Kiama Coast Walk, Minnamurra rainforest and Minnamurra River.

This property will consider bookings for groups of young people and/or Schoolies, however, these bookings can only be made by application. Please message us; a comprehensive guest registration form must be completed prior to confirmation and a $2000 cash bond is payable. Other conditions apply.

This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.

The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.
Information during your stay can be found in the Guest Information Folder or by calling our office 24/7.
For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

Excellent place, close to everything. The pool table was a hit with family time. Plenty of utensils and very quiet area. Beds were so comfy, best we ever had and we' ve stay at a few places. Only things is, BBQ,s were bit dirty which needed a bit of cleaning, but other that we love the place and will stay again. Cheers Phili

Excellent location. We unfortunately had terrible weather but because this house has large living areas, and is so well fitted out with a pool table, games etc we still had a great weekend away with the extended family.

The location of the house is it's best selling point. Having small children - the park & beach are located so close and very easy walking. We loved having the spa & pool table to entertain the older people in the group. I would return to this great family holiday home.
