You are sure to be in the Southern Highlands for a wedding, a function, or one of the many local annual events that are held here so most of your time will be spent out and about. For that downtime back at your base, enjoy a cup of tea on the quiet covered verandah overlooking the tall stands of trees and listening to the pretty bird sing or unwind with a lazy swim in the pool and a late afternoon bbq. There are 5 beautiful, relaxing park-like acres of privacy on which to enjoy this little piece of the Highlands.
There is no kitchen so you can forget the cooking and totally relax! Your hosts will offer you complete privacy and will have set up your breakfast bar with provisions for a delightful continental breakfast for each day of your stay.This includes locally baked croissants, sliced bread with butter/jam/honey, seasonally inspired fruit, cereal and various hot beverages. There is a mini fridge, coffee machine, toaster and small microwave for your use and also the bbq. There is a small supply of crockery, cutlery and glassware. You don’t even need to wash up, just place your tray on the bench provided on the verandah and your hosts will discreetly whisk this away and replace with clean supplies. Now that’s a holiday!
There are two very comfortable bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with a double. If required, a comfortable double sofa bed can be requested at time of booking – it takes pride of place in front of the open fireplace in the living room.
The Southern Highlands are well known for its colourful gardens, leisurely pursuits, diverse landscape, history and heritage. Bowral is home to an exciting and eclectic mix of eateries (including Biota, a hatted restaurant), wineries, boutique shops, country markets and events. The Bradman Museum and International Cricket Hall of Fame and Dirty Janes Antiques market are a must see.
Loch Lomond suits one or two couples or singles, or a small family who don’t require use of a kitchen.

The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
Extras may be available for hire include rollaway beds, portacots and highchairs. Send us a message to check availability and cost.
Wi-fi is not guaranteed. This is a service offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge for this service, we will attempt to fix issues as they arise but cannot be held accountable.

For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.
