Accommodation consists of one queen bedroom with an en suite, another queen bedroom with an en suite and two other rooms with single bunks in each, which are great for the children. There is a separate main bathroom which includes a large bath, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun.
Please note that the property is a downstairs apartment. There are two living areas in the property, each with a TV and the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and microwave. The dining room is next to the kitchen and flows out to the entertaining area, which overlooks the crystal blue waters of Jervis Bay. For your entertainment, there are two TVs and two Blu-ray DVD players, and a pool table. WiFi is also provided at the property.
Outside there is a tree swing for the children (please note Cubby House is not in use). Bike and fishing rods are also provided for guests to use.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.

This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.

The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

Best thing about this house is access to the beach and views. - Beach is very beautiful and kids loved the easy access to the beach and they had lots of fun in water. - This property got very beautiful bathrooms with good flow of water, they were sparkling clean. - Wi-Fi speed was good. - Linen quality is good There were some areas for improvements: 1. Cubby house was not clean and not accessible 2. Only one kid swing (tire) was usable, other one is broken. 3. All bike got the flat tires except one, most of the bikes looked rusty. We couldn't use the bikes (all were locked, we didn't bother to ask for key as mostly got flat tires) so cant comment how smooth they are to ride. 4. Kitchen needs an uplift, gas top is so old. Kitchen got very limited number of utensils. there were only 4-5 cups for tea/coffee so if you are a big group then better to carry some with you. Same goes for drink glasses. 5. Pool table is bit old now with most of the pub cue with broken tip, only two pub cue were usable. 6. There are two wooden boards available which you can put on top of pool table to make the TT table but again only 3 rackets are available so you can not play doubles game. 7. No toys or board games for kids. 8. All bedrooms got the spring mattresses.
