This large spacious holiday house is ideal for two families. The accommodation is two storey with living areas and bedrooms downstairs and upstairs. The upstairs of this 4-bedroom home has a large living area, two of the bedrooms, a bathroom (with a bath tub) and kitchen. Adults can enjoy their time upstairs while the children have another large living area, basic kitchen facilities and 2 bedrooms downstairs. There is no internal access between the two floors. There is also a high chair & porta cot (BYO linen) and child safety gate to use and a sofa bed.
There is a large BBQ area with ample seating and a large backyard to allow your furry friends to run around whilst you enjoy a nice meal outdoors in the warmer months.
Take walks on the beaches and watch the dolphins play or take the kids to the park only a 5 minute walk away!
Middle Sea is also an ideal winter getaway with a cosy wood fire to warm you after exploring this wonderful part of the world.
Note that the garage is not available for use at this property.

Linen:
Linen Service full property all beds, $350 per stay. All beds will be freshly made for your arrival. The service includes sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bath mats and hand towels. If you only require the linen service for a certain number of beds and not the entire property, please contact our bookings team for a quote.
If you don't book the linen service, then you will need to bring your own sheets and towels. There are pillows, blankets and quilts with covers on the beds. BYO beach towels.
Property Specific Notes:
Pets are welcome at this property. There is a surcharge of $100 to have your pet stay. Please declare at the time of booking and refer to the terms and conditions regarding pets.
This property does NOT have internet access or Wi-fi.
To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow parties with additional guests.

This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.

The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

Great location and great house- very spacious with all the necessaries amenities.
All in all a great place. All required facilities are there - bbq, backyard, full kitchen etc.
Middle Sea is aptly named. It does sir between 2 beaches. The house is divided in to two completely separate living spaces. Both upstairs & downstairs are really comfortable & feels like home away from home. The huge garden is really lovely & well kept. We highly recommend Middle Sea.
Great communication very peaceful location
We had an enjoyable stay and the almost two apartments style of the house made it great for our extended family. The location was great! The backyard was biiiig and fantastic for dogs. the gate was sagging significantly and this did make opening and closing difficult. There was, unfortunately, some mould upstairs along the skirting boards and behind the head of the double bed. The place would benefit from a more thorough clean but overall we were happy with our stay.
Excellent house, houses larger groups amazingly. Very clean and close access to a beach made the stay even better.

Overall amazing stay! So clean and well set out. Such a huge backyard and plenty of parking space upon arrival. Photos definitely match the real life decor. Size was perfect for 11 of us! The back yard was amazing! So much room! However noise really does travel easily around the street. So be careful for any outdoor activities late at night. All the amenities were good! Spare tank for gas present, and quick communication and help was needed when figuring out the BBQ! overall amazing stay and I would highly reccomend
Great place to stay with pets. Backyard was amazing for the dogs. Well positioned house between the two beaches, with a short walk to each. Well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen. Plenty of space for older kids downstairs with adults upstairs - perfect...

Lovely house, huge backyard
We like this place, it is good. Fireplace. This is our third year here, and it works perfectly for what we need it to be.
The house is lovely and homely and really suited our mixed age group. Teenagers downstairs, me and the youngsters upstairs.
This was a great place to stay. Such a spacious house with an even bigger backyard it was perfect for a family getaway.
