Throw on your swimmers, grab your towel and sunscreen and walk straight from the back door to the golden sands of Jones Beach. This absolute beach front home has space for the whole family to have a fantastic beach break away.

A short 10 minute walk south will land you at the lovely Boneyard. Boneyard is a calm flat pebbly bay, to enjoy the salt water without waves. The bay is great for the kids, for snorkelling or a picnic on the flat green grassy area just before the pebbles down to the waters edge.

If you heard North just a few houses down there is a childrens playground and an outdoor basketball court a little further should you feel like some outdoor activities in the sun.

Continuing in that direction a further 10 minute walk will lead you to the stunning Minnamurra River and Mystics Beach. The river and Mystics beach are personal favourite local destinations of ours. Again, an option of waves or no waves (the tide can be strong at times for those who are not strong swimmers should you choose to swim across to Mystics beach) Stand up paddle boarding, swimming, surfing and fishing are all popular activities here.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or book the linen service. The property has pillows, blankets and quilts. Full linen service for all of the sleeping positions at this property is $250. All beds will be freshly made for your arrival, bath towels, bath mats and hand towels are included (BYO beach towels). Please contact our guest services team to book. A discount will be offered if the service is booked for less sleeping positions.

Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.

This property will consider bookings for groups of young people and/or Schoolies, however, these bookings can only be made by application. Please message us; a comprehensive guest registration form must be completed prior to confirmation and a $2000 cash bond is payable. Other conditions apply.

Notes:
Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Information tab on our website or a link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.

This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.

The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

From when we booked to when we stayed it had been refurbished and was quite refreshing. I was sooo thankful to be in Kiama for Christmas and thoroughly recommend this stay. Thank you thank you for allowing us to make family memories
