Retreat on Manning is a spacious and family-friendly townhouse just 350 metres from the beach and only 2 minutes’ drive from the centre of town with access to Kiamas restaurants, cafes and boutique shopping.

Featuring a modern open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area which leads through to the back deck, BBQ and outdoor setting for 8. There is also a small enclosed rear yard with a clothesline.

The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, full-sized fridge, microwave, full oven, and gas hot plates. Ample cooking utensils are provided to cook your favourite meals.

Relax in the spacious lounge area with reverse cycle air-conditioning and modular leather suite with chaise and ottoman. Watch your favourite movie on the HD TV with a DVD player. Send the kids off into their own playroom which comprises a king single bed with trundle and second HD TV with DVD and PlayStation.

Off-street parking is available in the tandem garage which will easily accommodate 2 vehicles.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.
Information during your stay can be found in the Guest Information Folder or by calling our office 24/7.
For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

Perfect break away with other families. Spacious, close to the beach, modern. The upstairs rooms get very warm in summer but otherwise it was perfect

“Thank you to the HRS team! We had a fabulous getaway to “Retreat on Manning”. The house was very well equipped for large groups, very clean and had everything we could have asked for. Our group of 8 had a lovely time. There was plenty of space and the beds were very comfortable. The décor was pleasant, and the living room was light and airy. We certainly will book again.”
