Saltwater is on a quiet street, backing onto the National Park and only a short flat 400 m walk to the beach. Saltwater provides a modern, open-plan layout and is ideal for two families. Updated quality furnishings including new beds and mattresses, brand new state of the art smart TVs and comfortable lounges and for those who cannot live without it Free unlimited WiFi.
A first-class meal can be prepared in the very well equipped kitchen with much thought going into the equipment provided including plenty of entertaining platters, bowls, plates and glasses. For those warm summer nights head out to the large indoor/outdoor covered entertaining area with built-in gas bbq and outdoor fridges. There is plenty of seating to entertain and all overlooking a fully fenced safe backyard for the kids or the fur-child to play in with a swing set.
If you are feeling energetic hope on one of the bikes provided or head down to the beach with a foam surfboard, also provided. There are two living areas, two bathrooms, 4 bedrooms and laundry with washing machine and dryer. There is a locked storage area available to keep bikes, boards and kayaks safe should you bring them with you. Another fridge is also provided in this space if needed.
In the immediate vicinity of Saltwater, there are some of the finest beaches in Australia, if not the world. According to the Guinness Book of Records nearby Hyams Beach has the whitest sands on the planet. Callala Beach shares the same sands. Sightseeing abounds in and around Jervis Bay. Mountain biking, fishing, snorkeling, boating, kayaking, hiking, whale and dolphin watching, wineries and just plain old lazing on the beach.

Linen Service full property all beds, $300 per stay. All beds will be freshly made for your arrival. The service includes sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bath mats and hand towels. If you only require the linen service for a certain number of beds and not the entire property, please contact our bookings team for a quote. There are pillows, blankets and quilts with covers on the beds. If you don’t book the linen service, then you will need to bring your own sheets and towels. BYO beach towels.

Pets are welcome at this property. There is a surcharge of $100 to have your pet stay. Please declare at the time of booking and refer to the terms and conditions regarding pets.
Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.
To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.
Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Information tab on our website or a link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.
This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.

The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

We recently stayed at Saltwater for a week and found it to be a pleasant experience. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and Huskisson, and found that it was easy to accommodate our family in the space available. The house is well-maintained and facilities are excellent.

We loved our stay. The house is warm, comfortable and allowed us to relax and enjoy beautiful Callala. Love how the house backs onto nature reserve where we could see kangaroos every day. We rented this house at Callah Beach which exceeded our expectations. The house was very well presented and stocked with all the home away home items you would need. Best part of the house was the outdoor area where we spent 90% of the time. Second best is that it was pet friendly and Bella our dog loved all the extra items that are supplied by the house. Excellent for 2 families, we had 4 adults and 5 children and was spacious for all of us. The outdoor area was the best, mostly ate and cooked out there. Walking distance to Callala Beach. Only very small complaint was the showerheads in bathrooms. Lovely home with excellent decor and furniture. Maris
Worrying start to our stsay bushfires on approach we almost turned back! So glad we didn't as we were so pleased to get to the house. We found everything we hoped for and more! Just your thoughful touches make it extra special. As our stay is over Christmas we are enjoying the outdoors area which is perfect for our group. This is our first trip away with our Schawzer puppy and he has really enjoyed the backyard. We are very grateful for your comfortable accommodation.
