Sand Dunes is a renovated, pet-friendly holiday house ideal for families and friends. Enjoy lazy days on the beach at the end of the street and relax with an afternoon bbq on the deck in the fully enclosed backyard with a cubby house for the kids. The addition of the cabin to the property will make your holiday comfortable and spacious.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and a gas stovetop. The house sleeps 8 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The cabin sleeps 4 with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Culburra has two surf beaches, Warrain Beach and Culburra Beach. Culburra Beach is pet friendly. Visit local markets and enjoy plenty of lovely coastal and beach walks. Also, visit the lighthouse at Crookhaven heads (about a 15-minute walk). Culburra also now has a Woolworths Supermarket where you can buy all your food stocks once you arrive.

Linen:
Linen Service full property all beds, $450 per stay. All beds will be freshly made for your arrival. The service includes sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bath mats and hand towels. If you only require the linen service for a certain number of beds and not the entire property. Please contact our booking team for a quote. If you don’t book the linen service, then you will need to bring your own sheets and towels. There are pillows, blankets and quilts with covers on the beds. BYO beach towels.
Property Specific Notes:
Pets are welcome at this property. There is a surcharge of $100 to have your pet stay. Please declare at the time of booking and refer to the terms and conditions regarding pets.
Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.
To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.

The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

This property was exactly as it appeared online - updated, clean and contemporary. The house is well resourced with china, glassware, cooking utensils etc. The house was large enough for our family of 9 to be together when we wanted to be. The deck was a great space too and the cubby and swing were used constantly by our 4 year old and two 21 month old girls. The yard was flat and very pet friendly. The house is located in walking distance to the dog friendly beach. We highly recommend it for a family holiday. Thank you.
