There are 4 good size bedrooms, main with ensuite, two at each end of the house which is a great set up for two families staying together. There are 4 flat-screen TVs throughout the house, including 60 inch TV in the living room and a flat-screen TV and Blu-ray player in each of the 2 master bedrooms ( both with queen beds). There is a high-end HiFi system that is Bluetooth compatible to listen to your favourite music. On entry to the house, you are greeted with a light-filled open-plan central living area opening out into the enclosed entertainment area, there are so many spots to sit and relax, enjoy a good book or board game activities.

After a day on the beach come back to the house and chill out in the outdoor spa before enjoying an evening bbq and a movie. With easy access, this house is wheelchair friendly. Callala Bay is a firm favourite with families as the beach is 200 m from the property and is perfect for kids with its usually small waves. For those wanting a surf beach, Currarong and Culburra Beach are just a short drive away. Callala Bay still maintains its small village identity owing to it not being on a through road so a holiday here is generally quiet and relaxing. Great for unwinding and reconnecting with family and friends.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

Comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen for cooking up a feast. We were surprised at how well stocked the pantry was with bits a pieces like coffee, tea, salt, oil ect. The house had multiple entertaining areas that we could enjoy and a high ceiling which made it feel even more spacious. We had a group of 9 girls and we able to all sit around the dining table and the loungeroom without any trouble. We were even left with a full gas canister to use for the outdoor heater (although we had lovely nights we didn't need to). The hot tub was fun although we had a little anxiety using this after 10pm the next door neighbours house is really close we were worried about getting a noise complaint. The area was lovely. A short stroll to the bay or 2 min car drive to the beach which was dog friendly. I would stay here again.
