Sea Bird is a 3-bedroom single level brick cottage about 200m from the sands of Culburra Beach. It lies in a quiet cul-de-sac on a big grassy block with a large tree out the back that is loved by the local bird life. The beach is accessed by a lane way with no busy roads to cross, the Culburra shops are less than 1km away and its a flat walk passing the fantastic local skate park and playground on the way.
Although the 30-year-old house is in original condition it has been thoughtfully fitted out with comfortable beds and simple comforts. Consistent sea breezes and the distant sound of waves help make this house a relaxed place for small groups who are looking for a simple holiday with little technology. The old teak table out the back or the lounge in the screened patio are perfect for watching the kids play or enjoying the northerly sun.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

Our stay was fabulous!!! The property had everything we needed, we really enjoyed everything about it. It was full with all the amenities and the beds were soo comfortable... The location was fabulous as it was soo close to the beaches and shops/gas station... we really enjoyed our stay at the sea bird!!!!

A great location and an even better house. The house was cosy yet very spacious with its large backyard, open living room and many bedrooms. With it being only a 10 minute walk to the beach you can’t get much better value
