Shady Palms is a lovingly renovated beach house just 312 metres from the beautiful shores of Culburra Beach.

The fully equipped kitchen has top quality finishes and products using modern designer trends. The open plan living area stretches the length of the home with the impressive kitchen separating the lounge from the dining/family area that opens to a huge timber deck.

The outdoor area features built in seating and lighting as well as a large gas BBQ and is ideal for alfresco dining.

Of the three internal bedrooms two have built-ins with the master enjoying the benefits of an en-suite. On top of this, you'll find a separate guest studio that also has bathroom facilities.

There are many features throughout the home including air-conditioning in the main house and an outdoor shower, great for rinsing off the sand after a day at the beach.

The location of this beach house in one of the side streets that lead off Penguins Head Road and go straight to the beach. Position is fantastic with no roads to cross to reach the sand.

Linen Service full property (all beds) - $250 per stay. All beds will be freshly made for your arrival. The service includes sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bath mats and hand towels. If you only require the linen service for a certain number of beds and not the entire property, please contact our bookings team for a quote.

If you don't book the linen service, then you will need to bring your own sheets and towels. There are pillows, blankets and quilts with covers on the beds. BYO beach towels.

Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.

This property will consider bookings for groups of young people and/or Schoolies, however, these bookings can only be made by application. Please message us; a comprehensive guest registration form must be completed prior to confirmation and a $2000 cash bond is payable. Other conditions apply.

Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Information tab on our website or a link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.

This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.

The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

House was lovely and decorated very modern. Bed was comfy. Kitchen was great and very well stocked in regards to all cooking utensils, sauces, seasonings, cookware etc If you have young kids just be careful, it’s not the most kid friendly. Especially the table out the back. Sharp, rusty edges. The tvs are great unless you want to try and connect to Apple TV, Netflix, Stan etc. internet is very slow and rarely loaded. Plus to use Apple TV you have to have the cupboard door open. Walk to beach was up and down a few hills. Not a flat walk. Carrying a toddler and beach bag was a bit of a struggle. Not one to complain really but felt it was important to give an honest review.
