This four bedroom, upper level beach cottage offers the perfect location for a relaxed beach lifestyle, whether its for a weekend getaway or longer you will want to return again. Just a three minute, 300m walk and one street back from the famous white sands of Callala Beach, enjoy a relaxed day at the beach and return to relax even more on the rear deck with an afternoon BBQ and drinks while watching the kids play in the fully fenced backyard.
Polished timber floors in the living, dining and kitchen open plan area upstairs is easy care for your holiday. There is also a bathroom and three bedrooms upstairs with main having doors opening onto the front balcony. The kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave, electric cooktop and oven, Coffee machine and more. The lounge area has TV, DVD and a selection of DVDs.
Downstairs is a huge open plan family room, combined laundry / bathroom and a fourth bedroom. The downstairs living opens to a paved area and backyard with side gate access to allow for plenty of parking for car and boat.
Feel like doing more than just relaxing? Sol Haven provides boogie boards, board games and a set of golf clubs for guests use.
Your dog is most welcome outside also and a $100 Pet surcharge is applicable.
Callala Beach is a dog-friendly beach.

Pets are welcome at this property. There is a surcharge of $100 to have your pet stay. Please declare at the time of booking and refer to the terms and conditions regarding pets.
Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.
This property will consider bookings for groups of young people and/or Schoolies, however, these bookings can only be made by application. Please message us; a comprehensive guest registration form must be completed prior to confirmation and a $2000 cash bond is payable. Other conditions apply.

The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

The place is a 2 min walk to the beach. It has a big room downstairs and an amazing selection of games, books and dvds. Callala Beach is a really good beach for a long walk. Easily an hour walk to huskisson ferry and an hour walk to Callala Bay. Currarong is only 15 mins away with a nice area for kayaking and snorkeling and a bit of Bushwalking too. Callala Bay golf club has great pub food and is only a 10 min walk away from the house.
